Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 1, 2026 · Applies to the Android game “Orbit V” (package com.tishenkogames.roguelikesurvivors)
In short: Orbit V does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal information. The game works entirely offline, contains no ads, and uses no analytics or tracking.
1. Who we are
Orbit V is developed and published by Volodymyr Tyshchenko Games (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how the game handles information when you install and play it.
2. Information we collect
We do not collect any personal data. In particular, Orbit V does not collect or request:
- your name, email address, phone number or any account details (the game has no accounts or sign-in);
- your location, contacts, photos, files, camera or microphone data;
- advertising identifiers or device identifiers for tracking purposes;
- analytics, crash-reporting or usage-statistics data.
3. Data stored on your device
To let you continue between play sessions, the game saves your progress — such as collected resources and unlocked weapons, modules, hulls and super strikes — in a small file stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device, is not accessible to us, and is deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its data in Android settings.
4. Permissions and network access
The game does not request any special Android permissions and does not connect to the internet or to any server operated by us.
5. Advertising and third parties
Orbit V contains no advertising and does not integrate any third-party advertising, analytics or social-media SDKs. We do not sell, rent, trade or share any user data with third parties.
6. Google Play
If you download the game from Google Play, Google may process certain information about you and your device (for example, to deliver the app or provide aggregated install and crash statistics) in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not receive personal information from this process.
7. Children’s privacy
Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we also collect none from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). The game contains no social features, chat or user-generated content.
8. This website
This website is a static information page. It does not use its own cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. The gameplay video is embedded from YouTube; when the page loads, YouTube may set cookies or process data under its own policy. Fonts and images are served from this site.
9. Your rights
Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You can remove all locally stored game data at any time by uninstalling the game or clearing its storage in your device settings.
10. Changes to this policy
If the game’s data practices ever change, we will update this page and the effective date above before the change takes effect.
